The judges commented that "Eutopia offered true support, which has been borne out of in-depth knowledge of local markets, knowing the pitfalls that can occur and recognising the importance of post-placement care.

Eutopia interacts with its clients wherever they are in the world, advising them as if they themselves were local. For example, for a new client based in the Middle East, Eutopia spent time on-site, getting to know its recruitment & cultural needs in order to solve the problem of extremely high turnover of key staff members. A revised recruitment procedure was recommended, along with behavioural based benchmarks for hiring staff - following which retention rates increased dramatically, and the client increasing its market share."

The judges also liked Eutopia’s commitment to supporting candidates across international, cultural & language barriers — before, during and after placement. For example, Eutopia has produced a series of relocation guides to ensure the smooth transition into a new country, as well as putting together an international support package, Global Assist™, to provide practical support during the move.
